As an intern at Apple I spent the summer polishing the in-call experience across Phone and FaceTime for iOS 17. It was exacting detail work: the small refinements to layout, alignment, wording, and motion that make a call feel considered without anyone noticing why.

A series of those refinements shipped in iOS 17. Most of what I touched is quiet by design, the kind of polish you feel more than you see.
